What is BAD ASS PRE‑Workout?

  • BAD ASS PRE is a powdered pre‑workout supplement designed for people doing high‑intensity or heavy-volume strength training.

  • It’s formulated to boost energy, blood flow (pump), endurance and overall performance just before training.

Ingredients & Typical Dosage:

Here’s what one serving (≈ 8.75 g scoop) provides, and what it becomes if double‑scooped (≈ 17.5 g) — though double‑scooping increases stimulant load accordingly.

Ingredient / Component Per ~8.75 g (1 scoop) Per ~17.5 g (2 scoops)
Citrulline Malate 3000 mg (≈ 2000 mg citrulline) 6000 mg (≈ 4000 mg citrulline)
Beta‑Alanine 1600 mg 3200 mg
L‑Arginine (AAKG) 1000 mg (≈ 700 mg arginine) 2000 mg (≈ 1400 mg)
Betaine Anhydrous 750 mg 1500 mg
Other (stabiliser, flavouring, etc.) —
Caffeine 200 mg 400 mg

How to use:

mix one scoop (≈ 8.75 g) with ~150–200 ml water, ~20–30 min before workout. Some users (or heavier athletes) may use two scoops — but that doubles caffeine and other stimulants.

Packaging:

Available typically in 425 g–438 g tubs, giving ~50 servings at 1‑scoop dose.

What It Claims to Do?

  • Boost energy & alertness (from caffeine) — helps you go harder in the gym.

  • Improve muscle “pump” and blood flow (via citrulline malate + arginine), which can enhance nutrient / oxygen delivery to muscles.

  • Increase endurance and delay fatigue (beta‑alanine helps buffer lactic acid).

  • Support strength and power output (betaine and other ingredients contribute).

Warnings! :

  • Each scoop has 200 mg caffeine, double‑scoop = 400 mg — that’s quite high, so avoid additional caffeine or stimulants.

  • Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, or people sensitive to caffeine or with certain health issues.

  • Supplements are not substitutes for a healthy diet, balanced nutrition, and good hydration.

  • If mixing with any other stimulants or medications — better consult a doctor or nutrition professional.
