What is it?
Furiux Mass 6 KG (sometimes sold as 6 K or 6.6 lb / 3000 g) is a mass-gainer supplement intended to help people increase calorie intake, build muscle mass, and gain weight.
It combines carbohydrates + protein + additional performance ingredients (like creatine and taurine) — a typical “bulking/shake” formula for gym-goers or people struggling to gain weight.
Depending on the version/serving size, the nutritional values vary a bit among vendors. Example for one common formulation:
| Component (per 100 g) | Approx. value |
|---|---|
| Energy / Calories | ~ 374–377 kcal |
| Protein | ~ 25.2 g |
| Carbohydrates | ~ 60–62 g |
Key ingredients (for most flavors / batches): whey protein concentrate, maltodextrin, oat flour, dextrose, flavoring, plus small amounts of creatine monohydrate and taurine.
Allergens / Notes: Contains milk, soy (from lecithin in whey), and gluten (from oats) in many versions.
Some sellers mention that a standard recommendation is 1 scoop (≈ 50 g) mixed with water or skimmed milk, 1–3 times per day (e.g. before/after workout) for bulk/weight-gain.
People trying to gain weight / muscle mass especially if they struggle to get enough calories/protein from regular meals.
People doing weight-training / resistance training, needing extra protein + energy for recovery & growth.
Useful for “hard-gainers” — those who have high metabolism or struggle to eat enough in whole-foods diet.
It’s essentially a calorie-dense shake — many of the extra calories come from carbs and sugars, not just protein. That means if you don’t train properly, or eat too much alongside, you may gain fat rather than “clean” muscle.
As with many mass gainers, the protein-to-calorie ratio is lower than a pure protein whey: you get many more calories per gram of protein.
Contains milk, soy, gluten — not suitable if you have allergies or intolerances.
Must be used as a supplement to a balanced diet and training program, not as a replacement for real food.
Usually sold in a big tub / bag (6 KG or 3 KG / 6.6 lb).
Mix ~50 g with 300–400 ml water or skimmed milk.
Recommended 1–3 servings per day (e.g. morning, pre-/post-workout, or as extra meal).
